I’m Lauren and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist. I work with adults, couples, children, youth and families who are seeking support for a broad range of challenges, including: anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship struggles, ADHD and self-esteem. I have 15 years of experience helping my clients achieve reduced anxiety, improved mood, increased self-esteem and more harmonious relationships. I approach therapy with thoughtfulness, skill and empathy. I have a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from The University of Toronto, OISE and I am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
