New and Exciting things are happening at Couples and Family Therapy! We will be moving to the main floor of the building sometime in the New Year. This will allow for more space, and increase accessibility for clients. Renovations are already well underway. We will also be increasing some of our pricing in the New Year as well, most specifically to our couples sessions. If you are utilizing sliding scale prices, your prices will not change. If you have financial limitations, please talk to us and we can honour current prices for those that need it.

I believe that individuals and families possess the strength to manage challenges, develop new skills and strategies, and build healthy, happy relationships. My goal is to help you create space to recognize your positive resources and work towards improving more challenging areas. My approach is non-judgemental, empathetic, and collaborative. Together we will create an understanding of the challenges you would like to work on and develop a plan to move towards achieving those goals. My personal experiences have influenced my strong belief in our power to locate our internal sources of strength, evoke change, and create new paths to understand and accept ourselves and our loved ones.

I am a graduate of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I have more than 15 years of experience working with youth & families in diverse environments including group homes, lived-in treatment, day treatment classrooms, family outreach, youth justice, crisis services, and private counselling.

I utilize evidence-based modalities tailored to the best fit for you, your needs, and your goals. I am a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a registered member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP).

“I want you to get excited about who you are, what you are, what you have, and what can still be for you. I want to inspire you to see that you can go far beyond where you are right now.” ~Virginia Satir
